About the bread

Every loaf is mixed, shaped, and baked by hand using a wild sourdough starter. No commercial yeast, no shortcuts — just flour, water, salt, and time. Flavors rotate weekly so there's always something new to try.

Started during the Local 332 strike, Solidarity Sourdough is a small home operation built on the belief that good bread brings people together — especially when times are tough.

Baked Wednesday

Fresh loaves come out of the oven Wednesday morning.

Pickup at the hall

Pick up at the Teamster hall, 9:00 AM Wednesday — your name will be on it.
